We recruit in February and March for the April season, and top up guest area teams in June. Most of our crew live within half an hour of the beaches they work — if that is you, we would like to hear from you.
Working here
This is physical outdoor work in Mediterranean heat, and we do not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that the shift is organised, the equipment works, the water and shade are there, and the person leading your crew came up through the same job.
A typical cleaning shift starts at the Polis depot at 05:00, on sand by 05:30, and finishes when the sector is signed off — usually early afternoon. Guest area shifts follow hotel opening hours and include weekends. Machinery operators work to the same start but often cover two beaches before the first guests arrive.
No experience is needed for operative roles. Willingness to start early, work in heat and follow the nesting and dune rules exactly is not negotiable for any of them.
Written contract, declared employment and a fixed weekly rate paid on time. No cash-in-hand arrangements, no season that quietly ends early without notice.
Six induction modules covering safety, coastal environment, waste handling, machinery, guest conduct and leadership. What you learn here works in grounds, plant and hotel jobs afterwards.
Every role is on the peninsula. The morning shuttle runs from Polis and Neo Chorio to the beaches, so you do not need your own vehicle to take a crew job.
Cleaning crews start at 05:30 and are usually finished by 13:00. The heat of the day is yours, which is why people come back season after season.
Crew leaders and machinery operators are recruited from our own operatives first. Tell us at induction where you want to get to and we will build the hours around it.
You will take several tonnes off a coastline that most people only ever see clean. The nesting and dune protocols are real, enforced, and part of the job description.

Work the dawn shift on Lara Bay and Toxeftra, hand-picking the debris the sieving machines are not allowed near and clearing the tide line before the first guests arrive.

Peak-period cover on the busiest stretch we hold: the Latchi harbour front and the municipal beaches at Polis Chrysochous, where bins fill twice a day through July and August.

Coastal Operations
Run a six-to-ten person crew across three or four contracted beaches a day, set the cleaning method for each sector and be the person our hotel and municipality clients call on.

Machinery & Workshop
Operate our tractor-towed sieving cleaner and quad-towed rake across the wide sand at Neo Chorio and the Blue Lagoon approaches, keeping depth, speed and screening set for the sand you are working that morning.

Two short runs either side of the season: build the fleet up in April so every machine hits the sand on 1 April working, and strip, preserve and store it through October when the beaches close down to winter service.

Guest Areas
Keep the front-of-beach areas of our Coral Bay hotel clients presentable all day — sunbed lines, walkways, shade structures, bins and shower points — between the morning clean and the evening reset.

Hold the standard across four beach-front contracts from opening week to closing week — rota the attendants, walk each site daily and settle the small things with hotel managers before they become complaints.

A season contract running with the nesting calendar: set the exclusion mapping before the first crews go out in April, hold it through the hatching runs, and close the season with the impact reporting our municipal and hotel clients rely on.

We reply within five working days. For operative roles it is a fifteen-minute conversation at the Polis depot or online, usually in Greek or English, about availability and transport.
